All entertainment services, characters, dates, and times are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Kids Party Funland provides written confirmation and any required booking payment has been received.
2. Event information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the address, date, start time, number and age range of children, venue conditions, and a reliable contact number.
3. Character presentation
Characters are inspired entertainment performers and are not represented as officially licensed characters. Costumes and performer appearance may vary from promotional images.
4. Safe performance area
The customer should provide a clean, safe, and suitable performance space. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult throughout the event.
5. Outdoor events
Outdoor performances require suitable weather conditions, shade, and a safe surface. Alternative indoor arrangements may be required for heat, rain, wind, or other unsafe conditions.
6. Payments, changes, and cancellations
Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling rules, and any applicable travel fees will be stated in the booking confirmation. Please review those details before approving your reservation.
7. Photos and media
Kids Party Funland will request permission before using identifiable customer photos or videos for marketing. Customers should notify us in writing if photography or recording is restricted at the event.
